Friday Flamenco

The Friday cycle Flamenco –“one of the most emblematic of Andalusia”, in the words of Carlos Granados- begins the July 25th, free admission with the flamenco mass of Santiago and the closing party in the square of the same name.

A unique proposal that features a musical adaptation by Luis de Perikín and a broad artistic line-up. In the cante Felipa del Moreno, Manuela, Dolores, and Nono de Perikín, Gema Carrasco, and Manuela Fernández will be present. They will be joined by Manuel Jero and Luis de Perikín on guitar, Manuel Casado on piano, and Juan Diego Valencia Jr. on percussion.

The next three events - all of them paying - of this unique flamenco proposal will take place at the Claustros de Santo Domingo, organized by the peñas La Bulería, Uncle José de Paula and the Good People. The Friday, August 1st Flamenco of the Peña The Buleria will present on stage the singers Manuel Malena, José El Berenjeno and Tamara Tañé, accompanied by the guitars of Antonio Malena Hijo and Juan Campallo. Also, you will be able to see the dance of Saray García, along with the cante by Carmen Grillo and El Quini and the guitar of Fernando del Morao.

El Friday, August 8th Peña Uncle Jose de Paula proposes a Friday Flamenco with the cante Felipa del Moreno, Abraham and Joaquín El Zambo, with the guitars of Joselito Gálvez and a Fiesta Finale for Santiago with the group made up of Tío Yoya, Tía Currita, Merci del Chícharo and Luisa Garrido. There will also be dancing by Fernando Jiménez, with the guitar of Fernando del Morao and the cante by Enrique Remache and Manuel Moneo.

La last Friday appointment Flamenco (August 15) is organized by the Peña The Good People which will bring Luis up to the stage of the Cloisters of Santo Domingo Moneo, cante, with Juan's guitar MoneoThe dance will be in Gema's hands. Moneo, with the guitar of Jesús Agarrado and the cante of Juan de la María, Manuel de la Nina and Manuel Tañé.
