So that hunger is not a weapon of war
For Gaza, for Sudan, for Lebanon... so that hunger is not a weapon of warWith this motto, the organization seeks to raise awareness about one of the harshest realities of humanitarian emergencies and raise funds for nutrition, water, health, and protection programs in these countries.
«We celebrate thirty years of humanitarian action by doing what we do best: mobilizing society. And this time we do it through art, with the flamenco as a universal language of emotion, solidarity and denunciation," says the director of communication and fundraising from Action Against Hunger, Carmen Gayo.
This event, whose proceeds will go entirely to nutrition, water, health, and protection projects in areas affected by violence and forced displacement, reinforces Action Against Hunger's commitment to highlighting its work in emergencies and celebrating three decades of the organization's interventions in more than fifty countries.
