Teresa Jiménez releases her first single after more than 20 million views on social media

The young guitarist from Cordoba dedicates this composition to her city and it is titled 'La Ribera'.

The guitarist from Cordoba Teresa Jimenez premieres her first song, titled The RiberaIt will be released on January 16th on all platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, etc.). It's a solo guitar track composed on the palo flamenco of the soleá and is inspired by the water cycle, from its birth until it ends its journey in the sea.

For Jiménez, Córdoba is a source of inspiration, and she says, “Before I start composing, I like to take a stroll along the riverbank; I love seeing the river flowing under the Roman Bridge.” The guitarist affirms that she is very proud to have been born in this city and that, for this reason, she not only wanted to dedicate this song to it, but also films many of the videos she shares on social media in charming corners of Córdoba.

This is how it has garnered over twenty million views in the trailer of The RiberaThis flamenco guitarist has over 500.000 followers to date and hopes that this song will continue to reach many more people.

Jiménez has indicated that he began thinking about composing his first album in the summer of 2024. After releasing The Ribera At the beginning of 2026, he hopes to release a second single this spring and, at the end of the year, release the full album.

Some of the songs were composed during 2025, while he combined his songwriting phase with the more than 25 concerts he gave throughout the year presenting his show Crossroadwhich has taken him to different parts of Europe and America.
