The graphic artist Diego Gallardo López from Campanario (Badajoz) has compiled in his book 'Flamencuras, light and truth' Over 15 years of flamenco-themed photographs. As the author himself acknowledges, 'the work I present to you is a story in the form of an image, primarily digital and to a lesser extent analog, the result of contemplation andand experiences around fifteen years of flamenco and photographyIts pages include a special section on the García Lorca Room at Casa Patas; a meeting place and reference point for artists and fans during its existence, between 2013 and the beginning of 2020, coinciding with the pandemic.

After exhibiting his photographs, giving talks, and working for the Cervantes Institute in places like Belgrade, Fez, Rabat, Rio de Janeiro, Lima, Lisbon, Bilbao, Madrid, Seville, Burgos, and Badajoz, he has now decided to shed light on his experiences, reflections, and part of his extensive archive in a book that will be available in our store.
