Arcángel presented a meticulously crafted show, simple in its narrative and mathematical in its execution, so much so that it bordered on the lukewarm of professionalism. It lacked improvisation, but this didn't diminish the moments of genuine connection with the audience. He built momentum, warming his voice as he shed the strictures of the script and imbued the exquisite melismas with his tremendous talent, rounding out a concert brimming with captivating intimacy.
