El Mantle Mill On Saturday, September 27, it once again becomes a cultural epicenter and space for living creation with the celebration of the XII SON Estrella Galicia Conference of the Spanish Guitar, which for the second consecutive year are celebrated together with the 3rd Paco de Lucía – Molino Flamenco Guitar Awards of the Mantle.
Also conceived as an artistic residency, the event invites participating artists to work and live together at the Molino del Manto (Chinchón, Madrid) during the days leading up to the event, creating unique proposals that the public can enjoy that same evening, thus reaffirming its vocation as a cultural and inspirational laboratory.
The evening will feature prominent figures such as the guitarist and composer flamenco David of Arahal, the Brazilian guitarist and singer Karaí Guedes, the multi-instrumentalist Tino di Geraldo, the singer and bassist Pastora Andrades, and the special participation of Blanca Paloma.
This meeting, which celebrates tradition, talent and musical excellence, will host the grand finale of the II Contest of Flamenco Guitar for Young Promises, becoming a unique platform to discover and support the new generations that are redefining flamenco guitar.

For guitarist and composer David de Arahal, 2024 was a decisive year in the consolidation of his career: he received the Young Revelation Award from the Biennial of Flamenco from Seville and the Manolo Sanlúcar International Prize, In addition to releasing their second album, Alley of Art. With his unmistakable style, Tino di Geraldo has earned a place of honor in the history of pop, rock, flamenco and jazz. His collaborations with the greatest artists of the flamenco —Paco de Lucía, Camarón, Diego Carrasco, Manolo Sanlúcar, José Mercé, Enrique Morente, Mayte Martín…— and also with outstanding artists of other genres —Luz Casal, Jackson Browne, Juan Perro, Cómplices, Sabina, Serrat, Aute, Javier Álvarez, Niña Pastori, Jorge Pardo and Carles Benavent—, thus consolidating a unique career.
The influences of Pastora Andrades range from the flamenco and rock to neo-soul, jazz, and the sounds of Argentina and Brazil. Since making his debut at Dublin's National Concert Hall at just eighteen years old, he has explored an extensive artistic path as a singer and bassist in numerous projects, collaborating with prominent musicians and consolidating a solid solo career.
Blanca will join this musical universe as a guest artist. Paloma, one of the most unique voices on the current scene, is working on her first album: an imaginary folklore project that, through experimentation and experience, aims to reach the depths of our souls..
