El City Council of Cadiz has presented the eleventh edition of Heritage Festival Flamenco, as well as the cycle Flamenco on the Balconies, which will take place during the first two weeks of August. The Deputy Mayor for Culture of the Cádiz City Council, maite gonzalez, has announced the program for a festival that has become one of the main events of the flamenco in the capital of Cadiz and which will feature a total of nine shows, including four performances within the cycle Flamenco on the balconies.
González stated that “we want art to be accessible to everyone and to reach our neighborhoods. That's why, in addition to the five shows taking place at Santa Catalina Castle, we are continuing with the celebration of the series Flamenco on the Balconies, which will carry the cante and the touch of emblematic corners of the city.”
Santa Catalina Castle will host five nights of the Heritage Festival Flamenco, which will open on Sunday, August 2nd with Hope Fernandez y Remedios AmayaThe second show will be on Wednesday, August 5th, featuring the purity and rhythm of Jerez. Ezekiel Benitez and his show What nobody sees.

Tickets for Santa Catalina Castle will cost 15 euros for the general public and six euros for those under 25 years of age, and a pass for all five shows can also be purchased for 60 euros.
