Pepe Barroso, mayor of Lebrija, and his delegate for Culture Pepe Martinez They were responsible for announcing the festival and outlining its extensive program in the presence of a large audience that included a multitude of artists, fans, and the media. Barroso thanked the organizing committee for their work and the collaboration of the Provincial Council of Seville, The Junta de Andalucía y González Palacios y Marshes, companies in the municipality that are supporting the festival. He also showered praise on José Valencia, who will offer a show designed as a tour and study of the cantes from Lebrija on the closing day of the Caracolá.

The authorship of the poster is Sunday Closet who, along with the mayor, unveiled the work, provoking enthusiastic reactions from the audience. They performed tientos, malagueñas, and bulerías, complemented by the age and gypsy spirit of José Valencia, Concha Vargas and Anabel herself dancing in an improvised manner to the visible emotion of the artists, exultant with joy.
