Summers in Jerez, in terms of art jondo refers to, they have as protagonists the traditional Fridays Flamencoand the historic Bulería Festival. The former have a well-established format, combining established performers with emerging talents for the cante, dance, and guitar playing. However, each year, the biggest event seeks a new formula to find the perfect solution. This year, as a novelty, there will be a section open to the public in Plaza Belén.

For its happy development, especially on Fridays Flamencoyes, desempeñan a fundamental role the peñaflamenco shows in the city. They either directly organize recitals with a rotating system between them, or they advise Fundarte, the institution that manages each event. We spoke about all of this with Jesús López, who attended in his capacity as president of the Local Federation of Peñas Flamencas de Jerez. At the same time, the general outlines of the posters available below were outlined.
