The town of Montilla, in Córdoba, is preparing for a historic night. On August 30, the Envidarte complex will host the 50th Flamenco TastingOrganized by the Peña Flamenco Culture El Lucero and the Montilla City Council, within the Montilla-Moriles Harvest FestivalA festival with half a century of history that has featured legends such as Camarón, Fosforito, Morente, El Lebrijano or Paco de Lucía.
For this commemorative edition, the stage will bring together some of the most outstanding voices and guitars on the current scene: Antonio Reyes, Carmen Linares, El Pele and Antonio Mejías, accompanied by Paco Cepero, Edu Espín, Salvador Gutiérrez and Niño Seve, in addition to the dance of Mercedes of CordobaThe event will feature the presentation of Antonio Varo.
The event will also have a special connection with La Unión. With the support of the Provincial Council of Córdoba, the Regional Government of Andalusia, the Montilla-Moriles Regulatory Council and local cooperatives, the 50th Flamenco Tasting promises an unrepeatable evening, in which the cante, the guitar playing and dancing will pay tribute to five decades of flamenco passion.
