The documentary film Children of the compass It puts the future stars of flamenco from Jerez de la Frontera in the coming decades. With the new exponents of the flamenco families of Agujeta, Rubichi, Carrasco, Soto, Los Pipa… as protagonists, all of them custodians of the transmission and feeling of Gypsy culture.

It features the musical direction of Pedro Garrido Niño de la Fragua and explores the preparation of a show flamenco until its premiere in a globally recognized setting such as the 29th Jerez Festival of 2025. A film that premiered on February 21, 2026 at the The Mirror Room, within the framework of the XXX Jerez Festivaland it premieres on April 6 at the Athenaeum of Madrid.

The work, directed by the filmmaker Miguel Forneiro, has had the collaboration of its own production company ExpoFlamencowho provided some images of the show which you can see here, with a free subscription:
