The Flamenco Guitar Competition for Young Talents is back!
Following the success of the first edition in 2023, the second competition is underway.
aimed at young guitarists of flamenco between 18 and 26 years old nationwide, to make their careers visible and boost them.
SON Estrella Galicia and Molino del Manto, in collaboration with AIE and the Fundación Música Creativa, are organizing the 2nd SON Estrella Galicia-MM Flamenco Guitar Competition for Young Promises, which, following the legacy of maestro Paco de Lucía, seeks to discover talent and support the professional future of young guitarists. flamencoby awarding them important prizes.
This competition was born within the Flamenco Guitar Awards “Maestro Paco de Lucía – Molino del Manto”, a joint initiative of the Paco de Lucía Foundation and MM, which aims to promote the figure of the flamenco guitar as one of the
icons that best identify Spanish music. The Grand Final will take place on September 27, 2025, at the Molino del Manto (Chinchón, Madrid).
