Andalusian crafts travel to Perugia, Turin and Costa Rica
The shows in Italy and Central America will consolidate the global reach of Andalusian flamenco fashion, with the ESSDM International Chair of Flamenco Fashion Flamentex promoting Andalusian craftsmanship with a universal appeal.
Seville, June 30, 2025 – The International Chair of Flamenco Fashion ESSDM Flamentex, a benchmark in the promotion and dissemination of Andalusian culture, announces the start of an ambitious international tour that will bring the essence and craftsmanship of flamenco fashion to Perugia (Italy), Turin (Italy) and Costa Rica. This initiative reinforces the department's commitment to the global promotion of this art form, highlighting the talent of its emerging designers and consolidating the presence of flamenco fashion on the international scene.
The tour is a unique opportunity to showcase the cultural richness and innovation of flamenco fashion, a constantly evolving sector that fuses tradition and avant-garde. The shows scheduled in three strategic locations around the globe promise to showcase the ingenuity and passion that characterize the designers associated with flamenco. ESSDM Flamentex Chair.

The tour will begin in Perugia, Italy, this Tuesday, July 1, where the designers Teresita Ortiz Ortega and Paula Sánchez García They will present their latest collections, fusing flamenco tradition with contemporary touches.
The tour will then move to the Turin Fashion Week, on July 3. In the iconic Green Pea building, eleven designers will showcase their creations. Visitors will be able to admire the work of Adelino Perez Gutierrez, Ana Castells Gomez, Rocio Perez Solis, Lucia Sarhan Delgado, Ricardo Gomez Bernal, Alba Carmona Almeida, Toni Piñero Gonzalez, Javi Borjas Miguel, Lola Martin Martinez, Elvira Perez de Madrid, and Merche Caparros, who promise to dazzle with their creativity and mastery.
Finally, flamenco fashion will cross the Atlantic to reach the Costa Rica Fashion Week. On Friday, July 11 at 18:00 p.m., at the National Cultural Center, the same eleven designers who shone in Turin – Adelino Perez Gutierrez, Ana Castells Gomez, Rocio Perez Solis, Lucia Sarhan Delgado, Ricardo Gomez Bernal, Alba Carmona Almeida, Toni Piñero Gonzalez, Javi Borjas Miguel, Lola Martin Martinez, Elvira Perez de Madrid, and Merche Caparros – will present their collections, bringing the essence of Andalusia closer to the Latin American public.
