Our guest is part of the emerging generation of Jerez-based performers. Gema Fernández Carrasco has a significant family heritage that spans the branches of Tío Juane, Los Moneo and the Jero. However, this circumstance has not lowered the level of demand that has led her to graduate in Cante Flamenco by the Rafael Orozco Higher Conservatory of Music in Córdoba.

We talk about his beginnings and his perspective on the artistic fact, his frequent collaboration with his cousin Luis de Perikín or his appearance in the choirs of Sosegá, the intended new style flamenco. In passing, we address his final work for the Conservatory of Córdoba which consisted of a study of the cante by bulerías of his uncles, the MoneoAnd finally, we enjoyed her first music video, 'El Anillo,' which she recorded with Casa Limón.
