Registration for the Dance Competition at the Cultural Center Flamenco Madrid

From the Cultural Center Flamenco From Madrid, we're launching the fourth edition of our dance competition for another year. With the aim of fostering and promoting emerging talent, the selected artists will have the opportunity to perform on our stage with renowned professionals and showcase their skills in front of a specialized audience.
In addition, the winners will not only receive a cash prize (of €500 or €1000), but will also be able to become part of our regular programming, starring in our flamenco shows for a week. flamencoBecause if there's one thing we're sure of, it's that this artistic discipline is learned by experiencing firsthand the live, creative work that takes place every day on stage.
Not content with that, this year brings back our Extraordinary Cultural Cycle Award, which aims to provide even stronger support for artistic creation. The winner will enjoy a week-long artistic residency at the studios. flamencoThe Amor de Dios competition is dedicated to creating an original show that will be part of the special Cultural Dance Cycle program, sharing the stage with renowned artists such as Jesús Carmona and Lucía La Piñona. Furthermore, to facilitate the production of their proposal, the winner will receive the cycle's standard fee.
Candidates aged 16 and over who wish to apply will have until March 29 at 00h to send their material through the web form, where they must indicate the following information:
Curriculum vitae.
Video of a dance flamenco (uncut; minimum 7 minutes).
Indicate three palos: the one that will be danced in the semi-final and two options for the final (no two can coincide) palo).
The list of selected participants (between eight and ten semifinalists) will be published on April 5th. Failure to comply with any of the stated requirements will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.
