The Chair of FlamencoThe "Agustín Gómez" Faculty of the University of Córdoba has announced the jury's decision regarding the awarding of the Córdoba Art Prizes. Flamenco University of Córdoba Caja Rural del Sur in its third edition. Once the proposals were formulated by each member of the committee, based on the previously established criteria of Equality, Merit and Ability, it has resolved to grant the distinctions created in their different modalities to the personalities and entity that are listed below:

“Cordoba Art Award” Flamenco Teaching"To the guitar: to Mr. Victor Monge "Serranito".

“Cordoba Art Award” Flamenco Scientia” to the investigation: to Mr. Faustino Núñez.

“Cordoba Art Award” Flamenco Scientia"to the dissemination: to the National Art Competition Flamenco From Cordoba. 

The Córdoba Art Awards Flamenco They were created under a collaboration agreement between the University of Córdoba and the Caja Rural del Sur Foundation as the sponsoring entity, and previous editions have awarded figures and entities such as Luis de Córdoba, Arcángel, Merche Esmeralda, Paco Cepero, the Seville Biennial or the media Expoflamenco.
