Students will have the opportunity to ask questions, resolve doubts, and understand the concept of accompaniment from a practical and musical perspective. The class will feature flamenco dancer Inés Rubio as a guest artist, providing hands-on practice of dance accompaniment with concrete examples and real-life stage scenarios. The aim of this workshop is to introduce participants to the language of bulerías for "Fiesta por Bulerías" (Bulería Party), from an intuitive and simple perspective, providing a solid foundation and confidence when going out to dance.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have acquired the basic skills to improvise and understand the main characteristics of Jerez-style bulería. Finally, we put everything we've learned into practice with live musicians.

This workshop is based on Puela Lunaris' experience as a lyricist, arranger, and music producer of her album Duende Flamenco with lyrics in English and Spanish and international digital distribution. Just as hip-hop and jazz are now sung in many languages, the international flamenco community also feels the need to express itself in its native tongues.
