The Ministry of Culture and Sport (Regional Government of Andalusia), through the Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions, has opened the application period for the organization of festivals and events of special cultural interest. flamenco in Andalusia during 2026.

The resolution has been published in the Official Gazette of the Regional Government of Andalusia (BOJA number 54, of March 19, 2026). This line of collaboration is aimed at Andalusian municipalities with fewer than 100.000 inhabitants that are not provincial capitals, with the objective of promoting the programming of flamenco in established cultural events and strengthen the presence of this art in the territory.

The selected projects will be developed jointly by the Andalusian Institute of Flamenco (IAF) and local entities, who will share the definition of the programming.

Applications must be submitted exclusively electronically, through the electronic registry of the Junta de Andalucía, within twenty working days from the day after the publication of the call in the BOJA, that is, until April 21, 2026.
