Flamenco Suite It is an innovative approach that fuses classical piano writing Enrique E. Cofiner with the deep language of flamenco, through the unique vision of Diego AmadorThe work emerges from a "recomposition" that unites the talents and legacies of both artists, revitalizing Cofiner's compositions through Amador's unmistakable style.

Amador, known for his ability to integrate diverse musical genres, faced a major creative challenge when he received the proposal from the Enrique E. Cofiner FoundationAs he explains, "When I received the proposal, I knew it was a significant challenge. I began studying Cofiner's works, breaking them down note by note, analyzing their harmony and tempo to understand the composer's intentions. From there, I analyzed the work and applied my perspective to it." flamenco and gypsy." This creation process has been a profound reconstruction that, through the flamenco,has brought a new dimension to Cofiner's compositions.

To Flamenco SuiteDiego Amador part of the recording of Carles Marigó (Embrujo, 2019), integrating it into his musical proposal. In this work, Amador has reinterpreted Gypsy Prints (Cofiner) in five movements that combine their passion for the flamenco with his skill on the piano and guitar. Amador's work is not limited to performance: he has been responsible for the recording, mixing, and mastering, playing all the instruments and shaping the project with his personal vision. The result is a renewed, fresh, and emotional work, where the essence of flamenco meets classical music, offering a new perspective on Cofiner's work without altering its essence.

Enrique Escudé-Cofiner i GraugésBorn in Barcelona in 1909, Cofiner was a distinguished Spanish pianist, organist, and composer. Throughout his career, he explored diverse musical genres, ranging from cantables and a concerto for flamenco guitar and orchestra to piano pieces and arrangements, and sardanas, among others. In addition to his work as a composer, Cofiner served as a conductor and accompanying pianist in various groups, leaving a significant mark on both classical and popular music.

For his part, Diego Amador is recognized for his mastery of the piano. flamenco, as well as for its ability to merge genres such as flamenco, jazz, and funk. In addition to his work as a performer, Amador is an arranger and composer, and has worked with major names in flamenco and international music. His ability to blend musical traditions has established him as a key figure in the evolution of flamenco modern.
