With an eye on the Malaga Fair 2025, the brand Malaga Fashion of the Malaga Provincial Council joins Santa Cristina Cafes to launch a decisive commitment to flamenco fashion created by Malaga-based designers, who will showcase their designs in a fashion show on Molina Lario Street on July 24.
This was announced by the Deputy for Sustainable Economic Development and head of Málaga de Moda, Esperanza Gonzalez, and the manager of Cafés Santa Cristina, Diego Benitez, during the presentation of this fashion show, which will begin at 19.00:XNUMX p.m., when the collections of dresses and accessories from a dozen Malaga designers affiliated with Málaga de Moda will begin to parade.
Esperanza González has announced that the designers who will parade at this great Malaga fashion festival, which will serve as a prelude to the August Fair, are: Magali Villanueva, Rocio Montserrat, Susana Zamora, Jose Galvan, Ada Gutierrez, Candido Luis, Azahara Crisostomo, Long Live the Fair, Astrid Hohle and Melisa Lozano.
"We want this colorful spectacle, which will take place in the center of Malaga, to become a tradition and kick off the Malaga fair."
Esperanza González highlighted the Provincial Council's commitment "to local creativity and talent, and its commitment to flamenco fashion for its cultural and artistic value and for being a hallmark of our region."
For his part, Diego Benítez expressed that this parade is another way to "promote 'El gusto por lo nos' (The Taste for Our Own) that Cafés Santa Cristina has always displayed in all its activities, highlighting the culture, history, and traditions of Málaga, as well as the art and creativity of its people."
"We want this colorful show, which will be held in the center of Málaga, to become a tradition and kick off the Málaga fair. A promotion and cultural initiative that will make us eager to experience Málaga, summer, and the fair," emphasized the manager of Cafés Santa Cristina, who recently launched a raffle for ten flamenco dresses by these designers.
