The Seville City Council's cultural delegate, Pepe Martínez, attended this event, representing the town and providing ample insight into the occasion.
An edition that has been rightly and fully dedicated to the local singer José Valencia, who was awarded the prestigious Caracol de Oro. The artist himself was kind enough to visit us to offer his impressions of this very special honor.
