The Culture Department of the Guillena Town Hall and the Peña Flamenca The Rivera de Guillena informs that the registration period to participate in the XXVIII Amateur Competition is open until February 18th. flamencos Villa de Guillena.
This year's competition continues to have no age restriction. However, a special prize remains open to those under 25. This prize, however, does not exclude them from the competition's other prizes. Before the qualifying phase, the jury will make a preliminary selection of participants in the category of cante and dance. Participants must send a video performing a palo en cante and dance.
The qualifying phase is scheduled to begin on March 7 and end on March 29. The final date has not yet been set. However, the organizers reserve the right to make any changes to the competition schedule.
The contestants must perform in the modality of cante un palo of each of the following groups.
